Robert practises in commercial law and constitutional law. His practice includes banking and financial services, corporate insolvency, intellectual property and taxation.

Prior to joining the Bar, he was a solicitor at Clayton Utz and the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office. Robert holds Masters degrees in Law from the University of Melbourne, and Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.

Robert has been published in national and international law journals, including in the areas of corporate finance, equity, unjust enrichment and constitutional law. He is a reporter for the Australian Corporations and Securities Reports.
