Jeremy practises in commercial law, including in the areas of real property, product liability, contract, insolvency, professional negligence, trade practices, judicial review and telecommunications.

He regularly appears in superior courts and tribunals including the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Before joining the Bar, Jeremy was a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation Group of Freehills where he worked for 9 years.

Jeremy has a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. He is a Consultant Editor ofVictorian Conveyancing Law and Practice, author of the Nuisance subtitle of Laws of Australia, co-author of the Third Party Procedure chapter of Court Forms, Precedents and Pleadings Victoria and a Reporter for the Victorian Reports. He was an Editor of the Melbourne University Law Review.

He is a member of the National Product Liability Association, the Australian Institute of Administrative Law and the Commercial Bar Association of Victoria.
